A quick note

That can be the starting point.

You don’t need to have the right words—just a way to begin.

FAQs

Do I need to know exactly what to say before contacting you?

No. You don’t need to have things worked out or explained clearly. A simple message is enough—we can figure things out from there.

What should I include in my message?

Whatever feels easiest. Some people write a few sentences about what’s been going on. Others just ask about availability. Both are completely fine.

What happens if I’m not sure about starting therapy yet?

That’s okay. You’re welcome to reach out with questions first. There’s no pressure to book a session.

How quickly will you respond?

I aim to reply the same day, I keep 2 hours free per day for admin and reports and aim to get back to you on the same day, if not, within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard back after that, it’s okay to follow up.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes.
What you share is kept private, with a few standard legal exceptions (which I can explain if needed).

What if I feel unsure or hesitant about reaching out?

That’s completely normal.
Most people feel some level of hesitation at this stage.
You don’t need to feel fully ready—just ready enough to take a first step.
