Option 2 – Request a Call Back
If you would like to speak before booking, you can request a call back. Submit your details using the form below and I will return your call within 24 hours of receiving your request. This conversation provides an opportunity to briefly discuss what you are looking for and to ask any questions about therapy.
Option 3 – Join the Waitlist
You can also join the practice waitlist to begin the onboarding process for an appointment.
The waitlist functions as both a waitlist and intake process. Once you join, you will be asked to provide some initial information so that we can prepare for your first session.
To ensure space for new clients, three to four appointments are kept available each week for people joining the practice. At present, the typical wait time for a first session is approximately one to two weeks.
There is no obligation when joining the waitlist — this is simply a way to make initial contact.

Telehealth appointments are available via secure video for clients anywhere in Australia. For many people, online sessions offer a convenient way to access support while maintaining flexibility around work, family, or travel.
Getting Started
If you are considering therapy but are unsure where to begin, requesting a call back can be a useful first step. Alternatively, joining the waitlist allows the intake process to begin so that an appointment can be scheduled when a suitable time becomes available.
